Two friends, one love for bagels
Dear Bagel was opened in November 2024 by Sarah Dieterich and Stephanie Weiss in Mannheim's city center. Out of a shared love for New York bagel culture came the idea to bring that feeling to Mannheim.
Every bagel here is hand-rolled, boiled, and baked — alongside homemade cookies and carefully prepared coffee. A place to arrive, linger, and enjoy.
